Jr/Mid Level Software Engineer

We're seeking an agile Jr/Mid Level Software Engineer. The ideal candidates will be able to quickly contribute and create results. We need energetic and fun people who are passionate about creating cutting-edge software solutions.

Skill Requirements:

• BS degree is REQUIRED
• 2-5 years working experienceM
• At least one (1) programming language

• We develop software using the Microsoft .NET platform and C#.
• We develop Web 2.0 applications.
• We develop using agile methods.

Candidates with a mastery of C# are welcomed, but we are open to individuals with a firm grip on C++, Java, and other object-oriented languages. We are looking for quality, not quantity. We need someone who is a good fit for our small team, who can really get things done.

Systems Engineer

Serves as an Administrator of several Production level web environments. Expertly maintains servers, reviews reports and logs, and monitors network usage for acceptable performance. Installs, configures, and maintains network and server software, applies updates and patches, and upgrades network resources as required. Prepares activity and progress reports regarding network performance. Monitors websites for acceptable performance and user accessibility. Establishes backups and monitors site security.

Work Experience Requirements:

• 2-5 years of professional experience in a web operations environment; however, high interest and aptitude in this field may be considered in lieu of experience
• High level of experience with Windows Server 2003 administration in a high volume web environment, Server 2008 is a plus
• Excellent understanding of networking and web technologies
• Ability to manage Microsoft SQL 2005 in a production environment, including maintenance plans, high availability schemes and scripting
• Understanding of server configuration management, standards application, and maintenance
• Excellent understanding of Microsoft IIS, in particular load balancing applications

Other Requirements:

• Ability and interest to work within an entrepreneurial environment
• International travel and ability to work with foreign clients and colleagues (<5% travel)
• Aptitude for problem solving and quick decision making

.NET Solution Architect

The .NET Solutions architect will lead the development of our products in an ever changing, demanding and fascinating industry. The successful candidate must be an experienced .Net Developer with knowledge of SQL Server, experienced in driving a product forward and able to understand and translate requirements to develop the product's functionality for customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading the technical team in the development of enterprise standards and best practices for all areas of .NET application development.
• Serving as lead designer, architect and programmer for enterprise development projects using Microsoft technology.
• Understanding functional business processes and requirements and translating them into effective technical solutions

Qualifications include:

• 5+ years experience with full life cycle development responsibility in Microsoft application development including systems analysis, architecture, systems design and development.
• 3+ years development experience with .NET utilizing OO methodologies. Experience with Windows Sharepoint Services preferred.
• Strong experience writing T-SQL stored procedures.
• Must have strong business knowledge with the ability to translate complex business concepts and processes into technical solutions. Experience within the telecommunications industry is preferred.
• Bachelor degree in computer science, math, or programming required. Equivalent experience will be considered.
• .NET Solutions Architect must have very strong interpersonal relationship, team building, and collaboration and facilitation skills.
• .NET Solutions Architect must have significant experience, knowledge and expertise in business and systems analysis design, project life cycle methodology, systems integration, implementation and deployment.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.
